I started my career in energy engineering, where I learned how to find waste, fix broken systems, and turn messy operational data into measurable results. Over time, I became obsessed with one thing, eliminating friction. I automated reporting, streamlined workflows, and built repeatable processes that helped teams move faster and make better decisions without adding more headcount.

That mindset eventually pulled me into AI and automation. What began as “making my job easier” turned into building full operational systems for businesses, voice and chat agents, CRM automations, integrations, and workflows that run in the background and keep revenue moving.

Today, I’m an AI Automation Architect focused on building practical systems that actually work. I help service businesses respond faster, follow up automatically, and operate with more clarity, consistency, and control.
