I’m known in the payments industry as the “Merchant Whisperer.” With 25+ years in payment processing, fraud mitigation, and risk management, I help merchants navigate the complex and often frustrating world of card brand compliance, underwriting, and processor relationships. My clients have reduced fraud and chargebacks by up to 90% while scaling from $12M to nearly $100M in annual revenue.

I’m an entrepreneur who has started, sold, and acquired multiple businesses. Currently I’m the President and Owner of CambridgeCommerce, Inc., a payment processing firm specializing in digital and direct-response merchants.

Outside of payments, I co-direct a premarital education program with my wife Shari (married 24 years), serve as Chairman of the Board for Reaching the Hungry, and love hitting an early morning WOD at my local CrossFit community.
